Question 1

What sections and topics are covered in the Sharp Minds GRE curriculum?

Accepted Answer

Our GRE curriculum is fully calibrated for the Shorter GRE format, covering Quantitative Reasoning (Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, and Data Analysis), Verbal Reasoning (Text Completion, Sentence Equivalence, and Reading Comprehension), and Analytical Writing (Analyze an Issue Task).

Question 2

How does Sharp Minds prepare students for GRE Quantitative Comparisons?

Accepted Answer

Quantitative Comparisons require logic and constraint-checking rather than exhaustive calculation. We teach you how to test strategic boundary numbers (negatives, fractions, zero), exploit algebraic symmetry, and spot 'Relationship Cannot Be Determined' (Option D) traps in seconds.

Question 3

How should I build GRE vocabulary effectively?

Accepted Answer

Instead of memorizing thousands of isolated dictionary definitions, Sharp Minds emphasizes contextual vocabulary mastery. You learn to identify sentence structure clues, contrast triggers, and tone indicators to solve Text Completion and Sentence Equivalence questions intuitively.

Question 4

Are all GRE interactive lessons and practice drills free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All interactive lessons, practice sets, and concept modules are 100% free and ungated. Creating a free account enables you to save your practice drill scores and track syllabus progress.

Question 5

How does the Sharpness metric evaluate GRE timing benchmarks?

Accepted Answer

The Shorter GRE demands strict pacing (under 1.5 minutes per Quant question and under 1.2 minutes per Verbal question). Sharpness incorporates question-level response times and difficulty weighting to verify you are working at a 325+ percentile pace.
